Otwell retirement
A retirement party was recently held at the Piney River Brewery in Bucyrus for Rick Otwell, director of the Gentry Residential Treatment Center in Cabool. Otwell, seventh from right in the second row, spent 23 years at the facility. His wife, Alicia Otwell, is taking his place.
